Home library service
The home library service is free for Moonee Valley residents who are unable to access the library for reasons including frailty, disability, illness or are full time carers of the above.
This service is also available to residents of aged care facilities and supported accommodation.
We will bring monthly deliveries of materials including large print books, talking books and DVDs. Bulk loans can also be arranged.
We can visit residents wanting to receive this service to discuss their eligibility, reading interest and the types of library materials they would need.
Volunteers play an important role in our home library service.
You will be asked to provide a police check before joining the program.
