Online payments can only be made using a credit card.

Request for Information
These certificates provide information specific to any nominated property in the municipality. The information includes details of building permits that have been issued in the past 10 years, information of any outstanding notices or orders and other relevant information as outlined in the application form.

You need to be a registered user before you can request and pay for a certificate online.

Applications
You need to be a registered user before you can lodge a subdivision application on line.

General enquiries - applications
Use this functionality to enquire about a use, development or subdivision application.

SPEAR
Moonee Valley City Council is now sending and receiving electronic lodgement of Subdivision Referrals through the SPEAR system. SPEAR allows for subdivision applications to be compiled, lodged, managed, referred and tracked online.
