Amendment C154 - 5 Treadwell Road
This amendment proposes to rezone 5 Treadwell Road, Niddrie from General Residential Zone to Commercial 1 Zone.
The rezoning is proposed as it will allow for a greater variety of community uses, which may include a car park in the short term and community uses in the future.
We consulted on this amendment during March and April 2015. Thank you to everyone who put forward a submission. The documents exhibited during the consultation are available below:
A Planning Panel was held on 13 August 2015 to hear unresolved submissions to this amendment. The Panel recently finalised its report which is now available to download. The Panel has recommended the Amendment is adopted as exhibited. A report will be presented at the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday, 27 October.
