Researching our local history

Moonee Valley is proud of its rich heritage. Our history goes back a long way and continues to live through family stories, buildings, residential and commercial precincts, parks, trees and objects.

We encourage you to acknowledge our Wurundjeri history, celebrate our unique past and help continue to build our collective memory by researching your own family or house’s history.
