Finance Fundamentals – How to keep cash flowing

Cash flow is the life blood of every small business. Not enough cash flow and things start to go wrong, and without it no business can survive. If you are spending more time juggling cash than running your business, making a profit but still struggling to pay the bills, then this workshop is for you!
After the workshop you will receive a free follow up one¬¬-on-one session with an experience small business finance mentor.

Managing staff is one of the hardest skills to learn, particularly when your team is comprised of staff from different age brackets and with different personalities. Local business owners can meet fortnightly in a relaxed setting to bring value to each other's businesses by sharing insights and referrals. Meetings are designed to build sustained business growth by sharing expertise and learnings.

Flexible meeting agendas include 10-minute industry insight presentations, spotlight sessions (casual Q&A interviews), guest speakers and brainstorming solutions to current business challenges.
