Flemington Community Centre offers a range of social, recreational, educational and community support activities for all members of the community.

Winter school holiday program

All activities cost $4 / $2 concession. Booking and payment are to be made prior to commencement of activity. Enrolments open 18 June 2018. Book early to avoid disappointment. Each child may enrol in a maximum of three activities. Parents/guardians are expected to attend with their children.

SNOW PARTY!

Monday, 2 July, 2pm-3pm

Join Mr Cool the snowman for a snow party with all his wintery friends! Learn how animals prepare for winter and why a cranky bear can’t go to sleep and hibernate….chill out and enjoy the show! Suitable for children aged 3-12.

KID’S CRAFT

Wednesday, 4 July, 9.30am-11am

Explore your creative side and make your very own treasure box to keep your things in. Parents are encouraged to join in and assist their children. Suitable for children aged 1-5.

KIDS' DISCO!

Wednesday, 11 July, 10am-11:30am

Join in a rockin’ dance party packed with kid-friendly routines and fun games. Kids get the chance to socialise, be active and jam out to their favourite music. Children aged 6-12 will get to dance and play on their own, and children under 6 can participate with their parents. Suitable for children aged 1-12. 

TEDDY BEAR’S PICNIC

Thursday, 12 July, 10.30am-11.30am

Bring along your favourite teddy bear for an exciting story time. Listen to music, sing songs and read interesting stories. Suitable for children aged 2-5.

General information

  • Classes are generally paid for on a term basis.
  • First child full fee or full concession fee, second and subsequent child(ren) 50 per cent of applicable fee.
  • Bookings can only be confirmed when the full payment has been received.
  • A minimum number of enrolments are required before a class can commence.
  • A full refund will be issued within 28 days if a class does not commence.
  • Fifty per cent of the total cost of the program will be retained by the centre if an enrolment is cancelled less than 10 working days before a program commences.
  • No refunds will be provided once the program starts.
  • All centre programs are eligible for one free come and try session.
  • Mid-term or late enrolments. Fees will be calculated at the full fee rate and costed by the remaining weeks left of the program.
  • The centre is closed for classes and activities on public holidays.
  • Anyone who is enrolled in a program involving physical activity needs to bring their own water bottle.
