Update on Library Notices

We have recently updated our telemessaging system and are pleased to announce that we can now call or send text messages to mobile phone numbers. Calling times have also changed as shown below. These expanded times allow us to have a better chance of making contact with you as soon as possible.

Monday to Friday: 9am - 1pm and 4pm - 8pm
Saturday: 11am - 3pm

Email is still the best method for notifying you as quickly as possible as we send emails throughout the day. This also ensures that you will receive pre-overdue notification.

Emails comply with our environmental policies.
