The Keilor Road Built Form Guidelines 2011 and the Review of the Keilor Road and North Essendon Activity Centre Structure Plans were adopted at the Ordinary Council meeting on Tuesday 20 December, 2011.
Feedback we have received to date from residents in March indicated we needed to undertake further communication to clearly explain:
- the status of the documents and why they were developed
- the process to date and the process going forward including future opportunities for community consultation
- what this means for the future of both centres
We have developed a fact sheet outlining the process from here.
An information session was held on Thursday 3 May. A number of questions were asked during this session and in feedback forms following the session. We have answered each of these important questions.

There will be a further round of consultation before the structure plans are implemented into the Moonee Valley Planning Scheme. This is likely to occur during the second half of 2012.
