Amendments C161 & C162 – 41, 43 & 45 Regent Street, Ascot Vale

The properties at 41, 43 and 45 Regent Street are intact residential buildings which form part of a wider residential precinct. This terrace of three undivided timber dwellings are a rare example of a Victorian era timber row which are among the oldest dwellings in Ascot Vale. The dwellings have a relatively high degree of integrity when viewed from the street.

The terrace of three houses is of local historical significance to the City of Moonee Valley.
