Noticed an issue in your local area that needs attending to? Report it to us and we will do our very best to have it fixed in a timely manner.

You can report an issue using our mobile app, online request system, or by contacting us on 9243 8888.

Please note that online requests are received and actioned during business hours only (Monday to Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm). Should your issue be urgent, please contact our After Hours Service on 9243 8888. If it's an emergency, contact the police.

Abandoned shopping trolleys

Shopping trolleys that are not returned to their owner are considered litter. They can be a hazard to road users and are unsightly in our streets, parks and reserves.

We encourage you to report abandoned trolleys.
