Classes and equipment are suitable for all abilities and includes Cycle, Zumba, Yoga, Les Mills, cardio, strength and many more!

Membership and Pricing

Memberships include access to all Neighbourhood Fitness Hub locations.

Regular Concession
Casual Fitness Class $11.00 per visit $8.00 per visit
Fitness Hub Membership $13.50 per week $9.80 per week

Small Group Training Membership

$20.50 per week $14.80 per week

Concession applies to Victorian Government issued concession card holders including, but not limited to Health Care Cards and Pensioner Concession Cards.

Class Descriptions

Body Pump
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.
Body Pump will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls.

Cycle
A freestyle indoor cycling program with ride sequence and a music playlist put together by the instructor

Zumba
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? This is an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired calorie burning dance fitness class.

Balance
This class will improve your mind, body and your life. Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred and happy.

Core
Core is a 60 minute workout that is fun and designed to strengthen the abdominal region and condition the core muscles.

Step
The ultimate workout for butts and thighs, simple and easy to follow with self-regulating step height for control of intensity. A class for all ages, male and female, that can challenge the fittest class member, but easy to follow for the beginner.

Lite Pace
Lite Pace is a combination strength circuit and is designed to provide a safe and fun exercise routine using dumb bells, barbells, steps and swiss balls. Suitable for older adults, beginners, pre and post natal and rehabilitation.

COTA  
Living Longer, Living Stronger
COTA is a circuit class for over 50s focusing on improving muscle strength, flexibility, balance and includes functional exercises to assist in day to day living. Tea and coffee are available after each session.

Boxing
Boxing is a class designed to develop speed, agility, endurance, cardiovascular fitness and strength using a variety of boxing equipment.

HIIT45
A small group training program based around functional movements that by design will make you stronger, leaner and fitter.

Parents and kids
This session is especially designed to cater for people after having a child. Starting with gentle exercises designed to improve function of the pelvic floor and core, you’ll eventually progress into exercises that will improve your lifting technique and help make life with a child easier. We’ll have indoor play equipment for your toddler too! 

Small Group Training
Get a specialised workout to target your goals and improve your strength, endurance and movement technique. A smaller group means you get more attention so you can take your sessions to another level!

Yoga
Yoga is an aesthetic discipline including breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific body postures. Widely practised for health and relaxation.

Be Active
Be Active caters to young people with disabilities. 1 hour of activities to promote movement and fitness

All memberships include access to our boutique gym at Avondale Heights Library.

The opening hours are:

Monday:  9:00am – 8:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am – 8:30pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 8:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
