Preparing Herbs 

Herbs are nature's medicine and flavouring, able to be used every day.

It's easy to grow and harvest herbal teas for daily enjoyment; fresh or dried herbs for the kitchen; and a range of herbs for healing. Herbs can also help us in the garden, as compost activators or fertilisers.

In this class we look at 12 herbs easily grown in Melbourne, and learn how to use them safely in a variety of ways.
