Quiet Storytime is a small and shorter group session. Following AMAZE learning techniques, these sessions are designed for children who require additional support in a calm, sensory environment.
Perfect as stand-alone sessions, or a great introduction to our regular programming.

A banana is a banana

Join a sing-a-long with Justine Clarke and Josh Pyke and some fun drawing with Heath McKenzie to launch a fabulous new book A banana is a banana. Justine and Josh have written a laugh-out-loud picture book based on the song ‘A Banana is a Banana’. Paired with bright illustrations by Heath McKenzie this story champions the fun kids can have with words, rhymes and a bit of imagination.

This event is ideal for Justine’s preschool fans and will run for approximately 45 minutes with time for book signing at the end. Collins Booksellers will be selling A banana is a banana.

Storytime in Moonee Valley parks


Join us in some beautiful parks across Moonee Valley for a wild adventure of songs, stories and rhymes. Bring a rug, hat, sunscreen and picnic lunch for afterwards.
In the case of inclement weather, rain or 35°C+, storytime will be moved to the library. Updates will be posted on our Facebook page.
