January school holiday activities

All activities cost $4 / $2 concession. Bookings can be made at the Flemington Community Centre, 25 Mt Alexander Rd. Payment must be made prior to commencement of activity. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Guardians are expected to attend with their children.

‘My Summer Holiday’ Storytime

Thursday, 17 January, 11am–12 noon

This is an extra special storytime session, and we’ll hear all about a fun summer holiday with books, songs and rhymes.

Yummy Cooking

Monday, 21 January, 10am–11am

Come along to make some special sweet treats to enjoy with your friends and family. Messy hands are encouraged!

The Jungle Boogie!

Wednesday, 23 January, 2pm–3pm

Rock on down to the jungle for some dazzling dancing and funky music. Play a percussion instrument and sing! And join us for a story about a giraffe who can’t dance, until a friend gives him some important advice.

Family Day and Sausage Sizzle with The Huddle

Bring a picnic, your friends and family to Flemington Community Centre for a fun family day! Try some different sports, join in with games, and get to know your neighbours. Everyone welcome!

General information

  • Classes are generally paid for on a term basis.
  • First child full fee or full concession fee, second and subsequent child(ren) 50 per cent of applicable fee.
  • Bookings can only be confirmed when the full payment has been received.
  • A minimum number of enrolments are required before a class can commence.
  • A full refund will be issued within 28 days if a class does not commence.
  • Fifty per cent of the total cost of the program will be retained by the centre if an enrolment is cancelled less than 10 working days before a program commences.
  • No refunds will be provided once the program starts.
  • All centre programs are eligible for one free come and try session.
  • Mid-term or late enrolments. Fees will be calculated at the full fee rate and costed by the remaining weeks left of the program.
  • The centre is closed for classes and activities on public holidays.
  • Anyone who is enrolled in a program involving physical activity needs to bring their own water bottle.

Cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard at the centre or over the phone.
