Finding supports to help you live independently

If you need help to live more independently, your NDIS funding can provide assistance with works to assist you with your personal care and tasks around the home.

Clickability

Clickability can help you to find NDIS service providers and other organisations that provide disability supports. Clickability is a directory of NDIS service providers and other organisations that provide disability supports. People who use this directory can rate and review the services they receive.

Local area coordinators

Local area coordinators can help you find and receive the services you need to improve your daily living skills and live more independently.

The Brotherhood of St Laurence are the local area coordination partners for Moonee Valley and can be called on 1300 BSL NDIS (1300 275 634) or emailed at NDIS.Info@bsl.org.au.

We will be delivering an independent living skills program in 2019 for people with disability who have a goal to live independently. Register your interest for this program by emailing disability@mvcc.vic.gov.au.
