Healthy Ageing Reference Group 2018 - 2019

Expression of Interest (EOI) – Healthy Ageing Reference Group Member

We provide a comprehensive range of support services, community linkage, advice and referral to assist residents who are either frail aged, have disability or who are a primary carer, to remain connected and safe in their home and chosen communities. The services are vital to the quality of life enjoyed by individuals and families within Moonee Valley and operate as part of a wide ranging service system involving the State and Federal Government, non-government and community based organisations.

To ensure that we continue to deliver a high quality service that meets the need of our diverse community, Council is calling for interested community members to nominate themselves to participate in a Healthy Ageing Reference Group.

As a group member, you'll be required to actively participate, contribute and attend meetings. Guidance is provided to group members.
