Online Enrolments & Bookings FAQs

Listed below are some frequently asked questions regarding our new online service.

Q. Will the mobile application work if my phone is set to another language other than English
A. No

Q. Do I need to pay upfront for any advanced bookings I have made.
A. To support the availability of places for families, advanced booking need to be paid at the time the booking is made.

Q. Will my child be allowed to attend the centre if they have not completed all the mandatory requirements including a signed Enrolment Form and up to date Immunisation Certificate.
A. As we are governed by legislation no child is allowed to attend the centre if the mandatory documents are not uploaded to My Family Lounge. If you attend a booked session without this information, the cancelation policy will still apply

About Shuter Street Occasional Care

Shuter Street Occasional Care has been in operation since 1988 and is unique in its flexibility in providing short term, ad-hoc care.

Located in the midst of the bustling Moonee Ponds Activity Centre, just metres away from the shopping and dining destination Puckle Street, the centre is easily accessed by a range of public transport services or car.

Shuter Street is committed to supporting children’s learning and development from Birth to school age. It focuses on providing a safe, nurturing environment that is stimulating and respectful. With a team of long term professional educators it provides flexible care that supports all families.

• Approved Service – Child Care Subsidy approved
• 2 hour block = $30.00
• 3 hour block = $45.00
• 4 hour block = $60.00
• 5 hour block = $75.00
• Maximum attendance of 5 hours per day. Total cannot exceed 15hrs per week
