Essendon Traffic School

Essendon Traffic School is a mini road set up for kids aged two to ten years, complete with road signs, railway bells and traffic lights. It is a safe place for kids to practice riding their bicycles and learn about road rules.  We provide for education sessions, private hire for parties and fundraisers, and public sessions.

  1. This competition opens on Thursday 21st March 2019 and closes on Saturday 6th April 2019 at 7.30pm, EST+
  2. The entry form is referred to as a ‘Passport’ in the Rose Street Village Neighbours Night Out promotional materials (posters and dl sized flyers).
    The entry form (‘Passport’) is a tear-off, perforated element of the dl-sized event flyer.
  3. Entering the competition :

    Step 1       
    Collect an entry form (‘Passport’) from a Rose Street Essendon precinct trader, library, school or community centre, or via an Essendon-wide residential letterbox drop (commencing Thursday 21st March 2019).  

    Step 2
    Drop into the following participating Essendon businesses during business hours to have the entry form (‘Passport’) stamped (validated), collecting a minimum of eight (8) stamps by Saturday 6th April:

  4. The winning entry will be drawn at the Rose Street Village Neighbours Night Out by the Mayor before 8.15pm, 6th April 2019.The winning entry will be based on the first entry drawn to have a minimum of eight stamps collected and entrant details completed.The winner will receive a hamper filled with goods and vouchers donated by Rose Street precinct businesses.
  5. The winner will be announced by the event M.C. at the main stage immediately following the draw.The winner must be present at the time of the draw or will forfeit their winning entry and a second entry will be drawn by the Mayor.
  6. We may share the winning entry on the Moonee Valley City Council website and the Valley View publication both online and in print, with the winner’s first name and suburb. 
  7. We may announce the winner’s first name and suburb across our corporate social media sites (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
